Invest in the Gift of Hope
Be inspired and join us in helping to break the poverty cycle for children and their families in Rwanda. With your support, we’ll be able to maintain and build upon our life-changing programs and initiatives in a way that provides a path to a healthy and happy life. If now is not the right time to give money, there are so many other ways to get involved!
Other Ways to Get Involved
Let’s make the world the place we want to see by jumping in and lending a helpful hand. There are several ways to support and get involved with the Hope Shines mission. We 100% rely on passionate and driven folks to fully supplement our efforts. Look at all the ways you can join the Hope Shines journey!
When you sponsor a Hope Shines student, you’re directly impacting their day-to-day lives by helping provide them with hot meals, allowing them to attend school full-time, and get the resources and support they need to succeed. Child sponsorship does change lives by creating an emotional connection to those in need.
Shopping with Amazon Smile and selecting Hope Shines, Inc. as your preferred charity, allows us to earn 0.5% cash back on all the purchases you make. Smile offers the same options as Amazon. Select us now and let this small choice make a greater impact!

Campaigns and Events
Support of our online campaigns and in person events are a crucial way for us to fund our critical work in Rwanda. From 5k runs to beer festivals or online campaigns to start a vocational program, there is plenty of interesting and fun ways to lend your time and resources.
Student Service Trips
We partner with universities and high schools around the US for project-based and faculty-led trips to Rwanda. Our 7-10 day trips are project-based and center on exploring a pre-designed challenge in the areas of business, health, social justice, or academics and we mix them with tourism activities to give the full experience.
